Location: Calgary, Edmonton, London Ontario
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time | Commission-Based
Earning Potential: $6,000+ per month (Performance-Based) for Associate and $ 8000+ for Senior associate.

As the region’s top producer of Premise Access Rights for the telecom industry, we support Canada’s largest fibre optic providers by securing property-level permissions that enable next-generation connectivity.

We are currently expanding our high-performing field team and are seeking motivated, confident individuals to obtain consent from residents and property owners to connect their property to upcoming fibre optic network in their communities — completely free of charge.

Position Summary:
As a Customer engagement associate, you will go door to door in designated neighborhoods and speak directly with homeowners to obtain permission to connect their property to upcoming fibre optic infrastructure.

There is no cost to the customer, and no selling involved — your role is to educate, inform, and secure consent for a no-obligation, no-fee fibre upgrade.

This role is ideal for confident communicators who enjoy working in the field, meeting people, and being part of a high-impact initiative in their local community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Canvass neighborhoods and speak directly with property owners to explain the      benefits of fibre optic infrastructure that is being built across Canada.
• Clearly communicate that the connection is free, with no cost or obligations.
• Use company-provided iPads and proprietory software to accurately obtain consent from residents.
• Maintain detailed logs of interactions and permissions collected.
• Report daily performance metrics to your team lead.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable with door-to-door outreach.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Professional, polite, and reliable.
• Access to a smartphone and reliable transportation.
• Experience in sales or customer service is an asset — but not required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Possession of driving license is a BIG Plus as company shall provide cars to high performers.

Compensation & Benefits:

• 100% commission-based — high performers consistetly earn more than A$ 5,000 every month plus special incentives.
